Digital Delivery

Better Systems Co. exclusively sells digital publications and resources.

We do not sell or ship physical products.

All purchases are delivered electronically, allowing you to access your publication immediately after your order has been successfully processed.

When Will I Receive My Purchase?

In most cases, your purchased publication will be available immediately after payment has been confirmed.

You will receive:

  • An order confirmation email.
  • A separate email containing your download link(s), where applicable.
  • Access to your purchase through your customer account (where supported).

Delivery times may vary slightly depending on payment verification or temporary service interruptions, but this is uncommon.

Downloading Your Publication

Your purchase will be provided as one or more downloadable digital files.

Depending on the publication, this may include:

  • PDF manuals
  • Checklists
  • Templates
  • Worksheets
  • AI prompt libraries
  • Supporting resources
  • ZIP archives containing multiple files

Some publications may also contain links to online resources such as Google Docs, Google Sheets, or Canva templates. These links will be included within your downloaded files where appropriate.

Download Issues

If you do not receive your download email within a reasonable time after purchase, please:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Confirm that the email address entered during checkout is correct.
  3. Contact us if you are still unable to access your purchase.

We'll do our best to resolve any genuine delivery issues as quickly as possible.

Updating Your Download

Where updated versions are released, they will include a revised version number and revision history.

While we make every reasonable effort to keep download links available, we cannot guarantee that files will remain available indefinitely.

Keeping your own backup ensures continued access to your purchase.
